As announced on February 29th, eAcceleration's new StopSign™ Authorized Software Reseller Program becomes effective April 1st 2008.

AFTER MARCH 31ST, ALL KEYS PURCHASED THROUGH THE NEW RESELLER PROGRAM MUST BE USED WITH THE NEWEST VERSION OF OUR RESELLER SOFTWARE. A CD OF THE SOFTWARE IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE RESELLER ORDER PAGE (NORMALLY PURCHASED FOR YOUR CLIENTS AS A BACKUP CD), OR YOU MAY DOWNLOAD AND USE THE INSTALLER LOCATED AT: http://www.eacceleration.com/downloads/stopsign_rslr.exe
Instructions:
- Download and run the self-extracting installer. StopSign will install in freetrial mode.
- After install has completed, click on an "Activate" link or button in the software and enter a valid reseller activation key.
Download and view the StopSign™ Authorized Software Reseller Agreement and the Resale Certificate. To continue purchasing StopSign™ at Reseller prices, the Reseller Agreement, including the attachments listed below, must be completed and returned to eAcceleration by April 15th 2008.

Resellers who currently have access can continue to place orders through this web portal but must return their completed paperwork by April 15th 2008 to maintain it. Other Resellers will gain access once we have received all required documents.
All Resellers can now purchase StopSign™ activation keys and CD's directly from the website, at any time, without any assistance from eAcceleration personnel.

Introducing StopSign™ Reseller Program

CRS Program
After several months of evaluation and careful consideration, eAcceleration Corp is discontinuing its CRS (Computer Repair Shop) Program, which includes all Affiliate relationships. The program will cease at the close of business on Monday, March 31st 2008.
In response to difficult economic, market, and financial conditions in the Fall of 2006, eAcceleration began taking considerable steps in reorganizing and restructuring the business in order to remain competitive and economically viable. As part of those efforts, an analysis of the CRS line of business revealed it is an unprofitable venture that cannot be continued in its current capacity.
Active CRS clients, in good standing, will be afforded the opportunity to continue purchasing StopSign™ at the current wholesale prices, in quantities approximate to their usual order quantities, through the end of March.
RESELLER Program
eAcceleration is introducing a new StopSign™ Authorized Software Reseller Program, which will begin on April 1st 2008. Each reseller that is interested in purchasing StopSign™, at wholesale prices for resale, must complete, sign, and return a StopSign™ Authorized Software Reseller Agreement. The Reseller Agreement will outline the Program's specifics and will be sent to all existing CRS clients within the next two (2) weeks. It will also include revised wholesale pricing and will clearly outline the terms and conditions of the Program, including the features that eAcceleration is committed to fulfilling. The Reseller Program will ultimately feature streamlined and efficient order processing and fulfillment for the purchase of activation keys and CD's, and will allow accounts to be created on-line, via our website portal, 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.
